Monitoring & Evaluation

QED was founded in 1998 as a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) firm.  We have stayed true to our roots:  today, we have a dedicated M&E practice that works on international development projects worldwide.

Our assistance helps our clients rigorously assess their performance, identify lessons learned and good practices within projects, and disseminate that knowledge to improve future programming.  QED has delivered M&E services in 85 countries to a range of clients, including USAID, the U.S. Department of State, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, host country governments, and domestic and international non-profit organizations.  We have extensive expertise mobilizing short- and long-term technical assistance teams around the world, including in conflict and post-conflict environments.

In short, we are the extra eyes, ears, hands, and minds that our clients rely on to implement M&E solutions quickly, efficiently, cost-effectively, and with superior technical quality.
