Staff Profile

Working in the field of international development, especially at QED, has allowed me the opportunity to have a direct and tangible impact on people throughout the world, help to develop the most positive aspects of U.S. Government foreign policy, and derive a level of professional satisfaction. It’s a unique opportunity that I am lucky and grateful to be a part of.
Kirill Reznik
Project Director
Democracy & Governance

I have over 15 years experience working in the legal, business development, non-profit, and international development communities. At QED I focus on implementing and expanding our support and technical services portfolio under the Monitoring & Evaluation Division, including programs that encompass transition, humanitarian, and democracy and governance services. Prior to coming to QED, I worked in a variety of international development sectors including governance, civil society development, micro-lending, and economic growth.

In addition, to working at QED, I serve as a State Delegate in the Maryland General Assembly, where I have worked to enact legislation dealing with small business development, nonprofit management, government procurement, and health care policy.

I hold a B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University, a M.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, and a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law. I have worked extensively throughout the world, with significant time spent in 40 countries including Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, Afghanistan, and parts of Asia.
