Staff Profile
I founded The QED Group, LLC in 1998 after working in international and domestic development for over 20 years. I have expertise in monitoring and evaluation, implementation of social safety net programs, social science and policy research in international and domestic economic development issues, and labor market and unemployment issues.
I wanted to create a workplace that fosters the creation of new ideas to address complex social issues, and I am increasingly proud of the commitment and talents of our staff, and of the difference they truly make to the clients we serve.
Over the years I have managed several large-scale social sector projects for multilateral development banks such as the World Bank and IDB, and worked with U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, among others. In addition to working in the U.S., I have worked in Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. I have masters’ degrees in public policy and economics and enjoy writing for publication and speaking at conferences. I am fluent in Hindi and have a working knowledge of French.
