Without the specific details, it is difficult to follow up and review. All credible reports will be treated with utmost care and QED will decide on next steps for investigation and action.

    Intentionally dishonest or abusive reporting will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. QED policy does not allow retaliation in any form for honest reporting of suspected misconduct.
