Samantha Levine Finley, is a Learning Advisor at QED and has formal training in providing leading, coaching, and facilitation support. She leads activities that foster continuous learning and improvement and serves as QEDs lead on the USAID Knowledge, Data, Learning and Training project (KDLT). In this role, Samantha leads the design and implementation of frameworks, methodologies, and tools for learning, M&E, is part of KDLT’s Technical Advisory Group, which helps to guide technical approaches on organizational learning, integration, and innovation and also designs and facilitates various meetings and workshops.

Colleagues have been very responsive to my (many) questions and worked with me to find answers or develop new solutions. Samantha has a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and has spent almost 10 years as an organizational ombudsman, providing mediation, coaching, training, and facilitation support within federal and humanitarian institutions.
